Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoter is Da Luca, a subsidiary of Accolade Wines South Africa (Pty) Ltd, located in Somerset West, South Africa.
2. This competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Da Luca, Accolade Wines South Africa (Pty) Ltd, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. The closing date for entries will be indicated on the relevant communication platform on which the competition is being promoted. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. Da Luca is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and Da Luca reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the promoter.
12. The winner will be notified via the communication platform through which they entered the competition within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Da Luca reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will arrange for the delivery of the prize to the winner.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
16. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
